By accessing and using Gatherflow ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including church administrators, staff members, and individuals accessing the platform.
Gatherflow is a comprehensive church management platform that provides tools for:
3.1 Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3.3 Account Types: Different account types (Super Admin, Admin, Leader, Member) have different permission levels. You agree to use only the features and access the data appropriate to your role.
3.4 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
4.1 Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial period, you must select a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service.
4.2 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.
4.3 Payment: Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.4 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal church management purposes.
7.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7.4 Trademarks: "Gatherflow" and our logo are trademarks of Gatherflow, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, Stripe, Google Maps, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party service providers.
9.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
9.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily limits access to the Service.
9.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
10.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
10.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
11.1 AS-IS Basis: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11.2 No Warranty: WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
11.4 Maximum Liability: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gatherflow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@gatherflow.co.
13.2 Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
